Using one pig we can offer 3 styles of pork from the same hog.

Traditional hog roast with crackling,
brown of white rolls,
Home made apple sauce,
Cinnamon spiced apple sauce,
hot tomato grainy mustard

Chinese style pork wrap
marinating the cooked belly in lime, Chinese five spice then shredded finely.
served with cucumber and spring onion
served in a wrap style bread

Spiced pulled pork
slow roast pork with Smoked Paprika and Chilli Flakes and English Mustard
shreaded and served with a crunchy salad and rustic white rolls
